Doors Opened for Brilliant Beckley

Last week, the school held its ‘Brilliant Beckley’ open evening and morning, where parents and local residents were invited to come and look around to see the work pupils have been doing throughout the year and celebrate ‘Brilliant Beckley’! A wide range of work was set out in each classroom, from RE to art and science to writing. The school hall was transformed into our very own ‘Cathedral’ where work from our recent whole-school trip to Canterbury Cathedral was displayed. It was lovely to have the large numbers of parents coming into the school and we were delighted to have some of our local residents – some of whom were formal pupils at the school, come and visit too. We are very proud of all that is achieved here and our Brilliant Beckley Days were a great opportunity to share our successes with others.
