In October, we were thrilled to receive a letter from the Minister for Education Standards, congratulating us on our outstanding results for the Phonics Screening tests last year. This is someting that all Year 1 pupils in England and Wales are required to take. Our success in June 2019 placed the school in the top 2% of schools throughout the country, which is quite an achievement. Huge congratulations to the pupils, and the staff who worked so hard to achieve such success!
